Hemos adquirido un chalet en la Vega Baja, firmamos en diciembre del año pasado pero reservamos la vivienda bastantes meses antes, debido a problemas burocráticos la firma de la compraventa se demoró algo más de lo previsto, durante todo ese proceso tanto Raquel, que ha sido nuestra agente inmobiliaria, como el resto del equipo han colaborado y nos han ido informado de todo. Nosotros contamos con una abogada inmobiliaria personal y la colaboración con Ada, la abogada de la inmobiliaria ha sido buena y fluida. Durante los meses que hemos estado implicados en la compra, visitamos la casa todas las veces que hemos necesitado, acudimos con nuestro albañil para tener su opinión profesional etc, y no hemos tenido ningún impedimento por parte de la inmobiliaria. En resumen, el trato con Raquel y el resto del equipo ha sido bueno en todo momento y nos han facilitado lo que hemos necesitado dentro de las más o menos dificultades que pueden presentarse en ocasiones en una compraventa, tanto mi pareja como yo estamos muy satisfechos con el trato recibido.
